Our Story
The book was born from a mom’s dream to help her child reconnect with calm in a noisy world. Inspired by real-life bedtime struggles and a deep love for mindfulness, founder Natalia Allen turned story time into a ritual of connection, growth, and giggles.
What began as a single book idea grew into a series—and a family brand. Today, we continue to create heartfelt books and products that help children and families slow down, tune in, and grow together.

Natalia is the founder of Helios House Media and the author of Martina and the Magic of Calm. With over 15 years in the tech industry and a background in communications, she brings a strategic, creative lens to storytelling and brand-building. Since becoming a mother, her mission has been to create meaningful books and products that nurture calm, connection, and imagination in young families.
